　　煤氣發(fā)電機使用說明主要包括開機前檢查、點火、供油、啟動、運行維護和停機等步驟。

　　1,開機前檢查：包括檢查水位、油位、電池電壓是否正常，機組無漏油、漏水、漏氣現(xiàn)象。確保各部件完好，無漏氣現(xiàn)象，打開進氣閥使空氣進入氣缸內(nèi)，打開噴油器開關(guān)并啟動發(fā)動機或踩下油門至底。

　　1. Pre startup inspection: including checking whether the water level, oil level, and battery voltage are normal, and whether the unit has no oil, water, or air leakage. Ensure that all components are intact and free of air leaks. Open the intake valve to allow air to enter the cylinder. Turn on the fuel injector switch and start the engine or press the accelerator to the bottom.

　　2. Ignition: Turn off the ignition switch when the spark plug jumps.

　　3,供油：根據(jù)發(fā)動機負荷大小調(diào)節(jié)供油泵的壓力和流量，當(dāng)燃油壓力達到規(guī)定值時停止供油。

　　3. Fuel supply: Adjust the pressure and flow rate of the fuel supply pump according to the engine load, and stop fuel supply when the fuel pressure reaches the specified value.

　　4,啟動：按下啟動按鈕后發(fā)動機開始運轉(zhuǎn)，待溫度達到80°C以上時方可起步行駛。

　　6,停機：正常停機應(yīng)逐步卸去負載并主開關(guān)分閘后，將轉(zhuǎn)速選擇開關(guān)置“怠速"位，天然氣發(fā)動機機轉(zhuǎn)速至700r/min。按照天然氣發(fā)動機機使用維護說明書的要求對機組進行冷機后，將“停機”旋鈕旋至停機位置，使發(fā)動機停止工作。

　　6. Shutdown: Normal shutdown should gradually remove the load and open the main switch. Set the speed selection switch to the "idle" position, and the natural gas engine speed should reach 700r/min. After cooling the unit according to the requirements of the natural gas engine maintenance manual, turn the "shutdown" knob to the shutdown position to stop the engine from working.

　　7,維護保養(yǎng)：機組正常發(fā)電后，應(yīng)對天然氣機、發(fā)電機、控制屏等進行監(jiān)視并定時做好運行狀況記錄，隨時注意電壓、頻率、功率及天然氣發(fā)動機監(jiān)控儀表的指示變化，及時進行合理的調(diào)整。

　　7. Maintenance: After normal power generation of the unit, the natural gas engine, generator, control screen, etc. should be monitored and the operating status should be recorded regularly. Attention should be paid to changes in voltage, frequency, power, and the indication of the natural gas engine monitoring instrument at all times, and reasonable adjustments should be made in a timely manner.
