室內(nèi)氣溫低于20℃時(shí)，開啟電加熱器，對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。

檢查機(jī)體及周圍有無妨礙運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的雜物，如有應(yīng)及時(shí)清走。

Check if there are any debris that hinders the operation of the machine and its surroundings. If there are any, they should be promptly removed.

檢查曲軸箱油位、燃油箱油位、散熱器水位。如油位水位低于規(guī)定值，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充至正常位置。

Check the oil level in the crankcase, fuel tank, and radiator. If the oil level and water level are below the specified value, they should be replenished to the normal position.

檢查燃油供油閥和冷卻水截止閥是否處于開通位置。

Check if the fuel supply valve and cooling water shut-off valve are in the open position.

檢查柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組起動(dòng)電動(dòng)的蓄電池組電壓是否正常。

Check if the voltage of the battery pack for starting the electric motor of the diesel generator set is normal.

檢驗(yàn)配電屏的試驗(yàn)按鈕，觀察各報(bào)警指示燈有否接通發(fā)亮。

Check the test button of the distribution panel and observe whether each alarm indicator light is connected and on.

檢查配電屏各開關(guān)是否置于分閘位置，各儀表指示是否處于零位。

Check if all switches on the distribution panel are in the open position and if all instrument indications are in the zero position.

啟動(dòng)進(jìn)風(fēng)和排風(fēng)機(jī)。

Start the intake and exhaust fans.

按動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)按鈕，使其啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。如第一次起動(dòng)失敗，可按下配電屏上相應(yīng)的復(fù)位按鈕，待其警報(bào)消除、機(jī)組回復(fù)正常狀態(tài)方可進(jìn)行第二次啟動(dòng)。啟動(dòng)后，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)聲音正常，冷卻水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)指示燈亮及路儀表指示正常，啟動(dòng)成功。

Press the start button of the engine to start and run. If the first startup fails, press the corresponding reset button on the distribution screen, and wait for the alarm to clear and the unit to return to normal before proceeding with the second startup. After starting, the machine operates with normal sound, the cooling water pump operation indicator light is on, and the road instrument indicates normal operation, indicating a successful start.
